A very interesting part 2 of 2 to the discussion covering Cata and Mists, dealing with the pros and cons of Raid Finder and unforeseen consequences of the 10/25 man team model. The article also discusses the 3 types of raiding groups - casual (friends/family), raiders and hardcore raiders. What strikes me is that our guild runs across all 3 groups in how we approach raiding and part of why we're having difficulties making everyone happy and trying to figure out what how to strike a balance.
