Answer to Manila's question:
As far as difficult situations and tension, It will depend on the type of difficult situation and or tension. Basically all of the difficult situations we have had come down to disagreements with people, and most of us are open minded enough to listen to one another when a level headed person comes into the mix.
Decisions: I think that DIFFICULT decisions shouldn't just be a 1 person deciding factor, especially when it is going to affect the rest of the player-base in the guild.

General situation Ten. I don't think I need to be more specific. I asked the nominee's privately if they understood the question, they did.

I immediately thought of 3 different situations from your question, each of which handled very differently.

I don't see why you're still on this. The question has already been answered. You seem to care more about how I phrased my question than the people running for GM.

Because maybe I wanted clarification on the question to better understand their answers, and as a means to getting more specific answers. Said answers are of interest to me and I thought it was a good question, even if vague to me. I'm still evaluating who deserves my vote.
I know, foreign concepts. It's much easier to characterize me as antagonistic and hung up on details while losing sight on the big picture.
